The torsion tester can be used for experimental research and development or quality control of production line. When it is necessary to test all the test elements, the integrated testing instrument developed by DYNAMESS can realize automatic sampling test and pass/fail sample management.

Static and dynamic characteristics

Both static and dynamic loading modes can be applied to the specimens. Static loading is usually used until the specimen breaks or parts fail. Dynamic testing is usually used for fatigue testing and service life analysis of specimens. When dynamic loading is used, oscillation operation is usually used to simulate the real environment in which the specimen is used.

Some non-destructive tests can also be performed with test instruments to evaluate material properties:

Special test bench

According to the test requirements, the tester can be equipped with multiple actuators. For example, when a constant speed drive is added, input and output slides may occur at the loading location, while the standard torsion tester can satisfy uniaxial and multiaxial loading.
